NMPASI Program Staff:
Elsie Tilipao - Client Advocate
Elsie joined the NMPASI team in August 2005 as the Program Aide for the Protection & Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness (PAIMI)program. She comes from the Department of Labor under the division of the administrative hearing office, where she worked for 5 years. Elsie was recently promoted to a Client Advocate position where she will be providing more direct advocacy services on behalf of individuals with disabilities. She is a certified facilitator for the Portable Challenge Program.
Elsie Tilipao is associated with the following programs:

- authorized in the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act, 42 USC 1320b-20, PL 106-170.
- authorized in 29 USC §732, P.L. 105-220 Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Last amendment and reauthorization: Workforce Investment Act of 1998)
