Jeanne Rayphand - Legal Counsel
Jeanne H. Rayphand is the Legal Counsel for the Northern Marianas Protection and Advocacy Systems, Inc. (NMPASI). She has been practicing law more than 25 years and is admitted to pratice in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and California. Her legal experience is varied, having worked for governments and non-profit corporations as well as in private pratice.
