NMPASI Program Staff:
James Rayphand - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jim Rayphand worked with the Northern Marianas Protection & Advocacy Systems, Inc. (NMPASI) from 1998 through 2003 where he served in a few different capacities including Client Advocate, Program Coordinator and Deputy Director. He left NMPASI and accepted a position with the Public School System as Administrator for one of the public elementary schools on Saipan. As of the start of Fiscal Year 2008, he rejoined the NMPASI family where he served as Program Manager until September 2008 when the NMPASI Board of Directors appointed him as Executive Director.

- Family Support 360 is a sub-grant from the Council on Developmental Disabilities. (one-year funding)
