Thomas Thornburgh - Projects Specialist
My name is Thomas Thornburgh, I am originally from Ulithi in YAP. I came to the CNMI in January of 1990 and have resided here since. I graduated from Marianas High School in June of 1993 and received my Associates in Liberal Arts from Northern Marianas College in June of 1996. In 2008, I received my Bachelors of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education. I have worked at NMPASI since November 26, 2001. On March 3rd, 2005, I received my certification in Benefits Planning Assistance and Outreach from University of Virginian Commonwealth.
Thomas Thornburgh is associated with the following programs:

- authorized in 29 USC §732, P.L. 105-220 Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Last amendment and reauthorization: Workforce Investment Act of 1998)
- authorized in the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act, 42 USC 1320b-20, PL 106-170.
- Family Support 360 is a sub-grant from the Council on Developmental Disabilities. (one-year funding)
